Terms and Conditions
On arrival at the airport before handing over your keys to the greeter please ensure that all windows are closed and no valuables are left in the vehicle.
Please inform and allow your greeter to inspect any items placed out of sight by you and sign the drop off sheet that you accept full responsibility for any items left by yourself in your vehicle.
Whilst every effort is made that your vehicle will be parked in a safe area, The M & G Group accept no responsibility for loss or theft of any items left in the vehicle.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the correct meet time and customers are reminded that it is in their best interest to leave enough time before check in.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the greeter a minimum of 15 minutes before arrival at the airport on the number listed on your confirmation booking form to ensure our greeter is at departures to meet you.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ring the number given on the sticker a minimum of 10 minutes before you would like your car delivered to arrivals. Customers on business trips or only travelling with hand luggage are advised to call the number before take off on your return journey. Customers with suitcases and luggage from the hold are asked to call on reaching the baggage claim before collecting their suitcases to allow time to return your car to arrivals.
All fees are paid for in advance up to the original collection time on your booking confirmation. Please note that late arrivals are subject to an additional charge of £5.00 per vehicle per day.
Although all vehicles which are due to be returned will be valeted if required and ready to be delivered to the airport on the correct day and time, no vehicle will be taken to the airport until confirmation is received that you will be arriving or have already arrived.
Please ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy with a current MOT if required, insurance and a valid tax disc is on display in the window. Our greeter will not take possession of the vehicle unless he/she is satisfied that all legal requirements are met.
The M & G Group reserve the right to sell the vehicle by auction to collect any outstanding charges due, and to collect any monies owed above and beyond the auction value of the car.
Any claims as to loss or damage to the vehicle or contents must be reported to the greeter and signed for on collection of your vehicle.
Bookings are considered made when payment has been made. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:-

| 24 – 48 hours before | 50 per cent refund |
| less than 24 hours before | NO REFUND |
Valeting consists of two items. Wash is an exterior wash and rinse including wheel wash. Wash and Hoover is an exterior wash and rinse including wheel wash and hoover of interior carpets, mats and seats and inside windows cleaned. We do not wash seats of carpets.
The M & G Group are prepared to book, deliver and collect your vehicle for a service if requested with a local garage unless stated otherwise on the booking form. The M & G Group accept no responsibility for any work carried out on your vehicle by the garage and any payment or any extra charges must be paid direct by the customer to the garage carrying out the work.
Taxi Service, Bed & Breakfast, Kennelling, Cattery and Misc Boarding and all subject to individual terms and conditions as these items are passed and must be paid to other Companies. The M & G Group accept no responsibility for any loss, death or injury in relation to these additional services.
